Matlı, which includes important food brands in eggs, chicken meat, milk and dairy products in the protein-based products chain, participated in the first horeca fair after Yörsan and Keskinoğlu joined the group.Matlı presented Keskinoğlu's innovative flavors and Yörsan's traditional flavors to the taste of visitors at the Horeca Out-of-Home Consumption Products Fair held in Izmir between 13-16 February 2024.
The tasting of menemen made with Keskinoğlu's pasteurized liquid eggs attracted great interest. Keskinoğlu pasteurized liquid eggs, which are processed in fully automatic machines and offered to the market as white, yellow and whole on demand and are a practical solution for industrial users, became the center of attention of professional chefs. In addition to pasteurized eggs, participants had the opportunity to taste traditional and innovative tastes such as döner, crispy filet, chicken rings, mexico shots, fileturka and ham. Keskinoğlu's new product fileturka was the favorite flavor of the fair with its marinade and special taste.
At the fair, Matlı introduced the products of Yörsan, which produces Turkey's first feta cheese, creamy pan yogurt and home yogurt, to its consumers and tasted Yörsan's cottage cheese, pan yogurt, Susurluk ayran and local cheese varieties. Pizza and pasta with butter and mozzarella cheese were shared with the participants.
