KESKİNOĞLU CONTINUES TO SHINE IN THE STARS OF EXPORT
Keskinoğlu continues to attract attention with its successful export performance in the poultry sector. Achieving great success as the third most exporting company in the poultry sector, Keskinoğlu proved its strong position in the sector once again by receiving the “Stars of Export” award.
Keskinoğlu achieved a significant success in the award ceremony organized by the Aegean Exporters Association with its international sales. Following its outstanding performance in 2022, Keskinoğlu was entitled to receive the “Stars of Export” award in the poultry category, where tough competition conditions were experienced in 2023.
In the ceremony organized by the Aegean Exporters' Association every year, awards are given to the top 5 companies with the best performance in exports in aquaculture, poultry meat, eggs, honey, milk and dairy products groups. Keskinoğlu proved once again that it deserves this award as the third company with the highest exports in the poultry sector.
On Monday, April 29, at the ceremony held at the Aegean Exporters' Association building, İlker Dinçer, Export Manager, received the awards on behalf of Keskinoğlu. Dinçer expressed his satisfaction with the appreciation of their work: “The awards motivate us and show that we are moving in the right direction.” He stated that the export network is growing day by day with more than 100 product types to 66 countries.
Bedri Girit, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Aegean Aquaculture and Animal Products Exporters' Association, presented the companies that won awards at the Star of Export Award Ceremony with the certificates of the saplings planted by the Aegean Forest Foundation on their behalf instead of plaques. For the export champions in the aquaculture and animal products sector, 1,000 saplings were planted in Akhisar, Manisa.
Keskinoğlu, Turkey's first and only fully integrated poultry company, produces chicken meat, table and pasteurized eggs, advanced processing products, and viols. Exporting to 66 countries, Keskinoğlu mainly exports eggs, chicken meat and further processed products to the Middle East, Balkans and African countries. Keskinoğlu uses the latest technology and applies high hygiene standards in its breeding facilities, pullets facilities, incubation facilities and feed factories. Keskinoğlu integrated facilities also have fertilizer facilities in order to ensure the best recycling of laying hen droppings to nature. In these facilities, fertilizer is produced at European standards using the latest technology.
This year, Keskinoğlu Tavukçuluk grew even more by joining the Matlı Group of Companies, which includes Proyem, Turkey's No. 1 feed company, and Yörsan, one of the top five companies in Turkey in milk production. With this merger, Keskinoğlu has become a part of a large group that is also involved in other links of the protein chain with its activities in the feed and dairy sectors. Keskinoğlu is preparing to achieve new successes as part of the Matlı group's vision to increase the quality of life of consumers with high nutritional value products and to increase the welfare of society in social, environmental and economic terms.
